Payment processes have been under increasingly sophisticated attacks, and many have suffered outsized losses. The movement to work-from-home (WFH) has altered processes and controls for many organizations. Increasing the defenses with your organization, staff, and technology against the new and morphing attacks on payment processes is vital in normal times. With many organizations operating in a WFH posture, additional risks must be understood and mitigated. In this session, we’ll review:
- Proactive: Preparing for payment and fraud attacks before they strike.
- Protection: Preparing for more telephone-based payment card data.
- Efficient: Training and cross-training your team at a global scale.
- Update: Review security policies and procedures with all in-house and at-home/remote agents to ensure that security processes and procedures are not forgotten and are updated as needed.
